Terms and conditions of sale

1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales made on www.manahilsouss.com, operated by MANAHIL SOUSS. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Company information

3. Products
Products are as described on the site at the time of viewing. As our products are natural and artisanal, slight differences (colour, texture, crystallisation) may occur.
4. Prices
Prices are in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), all taxes included, excluding delivery fees, which are shown before you confirm your order.
5. Orders
Customers order online or via WhatsApp. Our team calls the customer to confirm the order and delivery address. MANAHIL SOUSS may cancel any order with incorrect information or suspected fraud.
6. Payment
Payment is made in cash on delivery. Customers may check the parcel before paying. Other payment methods (bank card) may be offered later.
7. Delivery
We deliver throughout Morocco, usually within 24–72 working hours depending on the city. MANAHIL SOUSS is not liable for carrier delays. Delivery is free above the amount shown on the site and for eligible packs.
8. Withdrawal and returns
Customers have 7 days from delivery to request an exchange or refund. Products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Return costs are borne by the customer unless we made an error or the product is damaged.
9. Warranty
Damaged or non-conforming products are replaced or refunded after verification. Benefits described reflect traditional uses, may vary between individuals and do not replace medical advice.
10. Liability
Customers must check product ingredients before consumption, especially if allergic to bee products. Hive products are not recommended for children under 1 year.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Agadir.
